Refund and cancellation terms depend on the service and are agreed in writing before work begins.

Requesting a cancellation

To cancel or discuss a refund, contact us at rakdigitech@gmail.com or on WhatsApp with your project details.

Work already carried out

Work already completed, third-party costs already incurred (such as ad spend, domains or hosting) and time already committed may not be refundable unless the agreement says otherwise.

Monthly services

Ongoing monthly services are governed by the notice period stated in the agreement for that service.
